Staff Manager

Every employee in Edenhouse is assigned a staff manager whose role it is to help develop their career. Your staff manager is not linked to your area of expertise or delivery, which allows you to have impartial and independent discussions.

You staff manager will assist you with mentoring, objectives, training, career development and aspirations.
