Should you decide to work with Edenhouse as your upgrade partner, we will help you to finalise your upgrade plan and roadmap.  Our aim is to work with you to reduce the time to upgrade, delivering best value around your upgrade investment, helping you to decide the ideal upgrade option for your business:

• Technical Upgrade – often referred to as an ‘as is’ to ‘as is’ upgrade. Does not include functional enhancements requiring significant implementation effort.
• Functional Upgrade – functionality offered by the new ERP version is implemented in addition to the technical upgrade

With our extensive experience in ERP upgrade projects, we apply best practice to ensure a smoother upgrade process and accurate, predictable results. Every service will make use of our upgrade implementation methodology, which has been developed and enhanced based on actual experiences.

We propose a 5-stage approach in which both parties work closely together. The five stages are as follows:

• Preparation
• Upgrade pilot system (if available)
• Realisation including Dev & QAS system build and testing
• Preparation for Productive upgrade including a dry run exercise if appropriate
• Production upgrade
