Edenhouse announce new support customer Innovia Films, 1st December 2008

 

Edenhouse Solutions are pleased to announce the signing of a 3 year SAP support deal with Innovia Films (www.innoviafilms.com). The deal, based upon the Edenhouse Premium Days support model, will provide Innovia with a flexible solution covering both Basis and Applications support to supplement the well established in house team.

Innovia Films is the world’s leading supplier of speciality films for packaging, labelling, graphic arts, industrial and security products. They have production sites on three continents and dedicated sales offices throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia, along with agents and distributors across the globe.

Jonathon Ridley, Innovia’s IS Manager, commented ‘We chose Edenhouse as our SAP partner as they offered a support model which met with our requirements to have flexibility to resolve specific system or business issues as they arise.
