Edenhouse Solutions team win Global Service Desk award - 18th October 2006

The Edenhouse Solutions team, formerly part of Ajilon Consulting, win "Achieving ITIL best practice" award at the Touchpaper Global Customer Awards 2006.

Every year, Touchpaper, a leading global provider of IT Business Management solutions, hold a Global award ceremony for all of their customers.

At the 2006 awards, held at the The De Vere Belfry, we were short-listed for two awards, "Best use of Touchpaper Solutions", and "Achieving ITIL best practice".

With our innovative service desk solution covering all areas of the service support and service delivery processes, and our commitment to having experienced ITIL certified SAP Professionals, we were awarded the "Achieving ITIL best practice" honour against stiff competition.

"This is a fantastic achievement for our new business and demonstrates that we are putting in the right foundations from day one", said director Paul McCudden.
