e2v signs Support with Edenhouse, 3rd December 2009 Edenhouse has today announced another new support customer to their growing portfolio as e2v signed a 3 year support agreement..

e2v design and supply specialised components and sub-systems which enable the world’s leading systems companies to deliver innovative solutions for medical and science, aerospace and defence,
and commercial and industrial markets. Split into four divisions, e2v has products which are used for radiotherapy cancer treatment, radar systems, dental X-ray systems, mission-critical programs in avionics, military surveillance, and fire, rescue and security thermal imaging.

Speaking on behalf of e2v Pat Casey IS delivery manager said, “Edenhouse conducted a thorough and diligent transition which has resulted in an extremely efficient service since day one. Edenhouse has already added real value to our business. They have dramatically reduced the 3^rd line incident fix time to just over 2 hours, which means more focus is now on improving and enhancing the use of SAP within our business.”
