Edenhouse continues to grow the list of SAP Support customers with the addition of Valeo. The support contract is based on a technical Basis service and the popular Premium Days model. Edenhouse will primarily provide SAP support for the Valeo Service team in Redditch, Worcestershire.
Valeo’s history dates back to 1923 with the production of brake linings and clutch facings. Eight decades later Valeo is one of the world’s leading suppliers of automotive systems, modules and components.
Speaking on behalf of Valeo, IT Manager Paul Vincent said, “The SAP expertise provided by Edenhouse makes them the ideal support partner for our business. A tailored support package was put together to fulfil our requirement for fixed Basis activities at an agreed price. With Premium Days on top we have the added flexibility for any technical or functional assistance when required.”
