At Edenhouse, we aim to provide our clients with solutions that are tailored to their specific needs. In order to do this, our account managers need to be available when required and seek to become "trusted advisors" to our clients.
As a client of Edenhouse Solutions, you will be assigned a primary and a secondary account manager, to ensure that you know the individuals you will be dealing with, and to make sure that someone is available when you need them.
All of our account managers are very experienced and have the full authority to agree a solution with you, without having to go through time-consuming approval processes (something we keep to a minimum). This ensures you the right results at the earliest possible opportunity.
