March 5th, 2019: Kawasaki Precision Machinery (UK) Limited (KPM), a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of motors and industrial equipment, has strengthened its partnership with Edenhouse Solutions as it transforms to go truly mobile.
Initially working as an SAP support partner and VAR (Value Added Reseller), which involved running existing systems and carrying out SAP maintenance on a day-to-day basis, the partnership has since evolved. Edenhouse is now working more strategically with KPM, drawing out a roadmap for further digital transformation of its sales processes – a major part of which involves implementing SAP’s Sales Cloud functionality.
Paul Solomon, CEO Edenhouse, said: “It’s brilliant to be working so closely with Kawasaki’s Finance, Sales and IT teams - they’ve been able to leverage our knowledge and insight to understand how a successful ERP and customer experience implementation can benefit their sales and customer pipeline processes.
We’re delighted to be working with such a forward-thinking company and are excited to support them on their digital transformation journey, ensuring a smooth and interconnected system for employees to drive success.
Upholding the ‘Customer for Life’ ethos is essential to all the work that we do here at Edenhouse. Our focus is on building long-term strategic partnerships and growing existing relationships, so that we can continue to provide an excellent service – not just now but in years to come.”
Lee Crocker, General Manager and Executive Director at KPM, comments: “We are really happy to have Edenhouse on board as our strategic partner. Together we will create a more dynamic company through the transformation of our business processes ensuring that KPM UK will thrive in the years ahead.”
