All of our clients are assigned an Account Director or Service Delivery Manager to manage the relationship with you, provide service reporting and ensure high levels of satisfaction are consistently achieved.

Both of these key roles ensure that high levels of customer satisfaction are provided through regular service review meetings.

We provide comprehensive monthly service reports to all of our clients which are reviewed as part of the regular service review meetings. Our reports can help identify trends in issues such as those relating to a specific functional area or business process or a recurring reason such as knowledge, helping to recognise where further training or guidance may be needed.

One of the many functions of the Account Director and Service Delivery Manager is to perform detailed roadmap planning with each client so as to fully understand their current and future plans for their systems. With this information, we can provide advice and guidance on relevant SAP products that will further complement the existing system whilst also arranging demonstrations if required.

We are also able to advise clients on the best approach to achieving future goals such as the steps to implement S/4HANA or other solutions; whilst ensuring that our consultants are available to them as and when needed.
