A modern approach to support 

Our support model has been developed to provide a variety of support levels. From day to day basis questions, to complex issues, and debugging of code. Our fully managed service provides end to end hosting, BASIS and support service, coupled with our unique approach to account management and client engagement.

We've developed a time and materials model called EdenEdge that offers customers an allocation of support days (known as EdenDays). Each EdenDay represents 7.5 hours of support, which can be used for any SAP related task - called off in 30-minute increments - any unused time automatically carries over to the following contracted month/year.
